MILK & SOY
WHICH MILK? The least processed is unpasteurized. In supermarkets, whole organic milk is best. The removal of saturated fat in low fat products significantly reduces calcium absorption in the body. Homogenized milk is also highly processed.
SOY: Unfermented soy contains bean toxins. Soy products block calcium absorption, are an incomplete protein, cause hormonal imbalance and upset your sex drive (monks find this last property very useful!)
